Andrea Lance, Principal Attorney

Confidence backed by trial experience.

As a felony prosecutor at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, I served as lead counsel on dozens of felony jury trials as well as countless misdemeanor and juvenile offender trials. My extensive trial experience allows me to negotiate from a position of strength, as I am always prepared to take a case to trial when it is in your best interest.

From the time your legal issue arises, I can assist you in gaining control of the outcome. By conducting thorough discovery, negotiating confidently with opposing counsel, and arguing effectively in motions to the court, at each stage of litigation I will work to increase your leverage and maximize the chances of a trial victory.

Sensitivity to overwhelming situations.

My public service background has centered on providing assistance to victims, witnesses, and defendants in the criminal and family courts. Having prosecuted domestic violence and child abuse cases and served as a rape crisis counselor, I am sensitive to the most devastating of situations. This allows me not only to represent you with empathy, but also to negotiate effectively with the other side.

Legal insight and commitment to personal attention.

Your litigation goals are personal to you, and the litigation plan we develop will be tailored to achieving those goals. I will explain the potential risks and benefits of each strategy to ensure your comfort with our plan for your case. I will prioritize communication, responding to your calls promptly and contacting you as soon as I receive any new information in your case.
