About Us2019-05-24T18:45:06+00:00

Your next chapter starts here.

What is your ideal next chapter? Your goals are personal to you, and my job is to help you reach them. During our initial consultation, I can provide an overview of the law and how it will  impact your financial and parental rights.  This allows us to avoid costly strategies that are unlikely to yield results.  I will give you an initial analysis of major issues such as child custody, child support, alimony, and equitable property division so that you have a clearer picture of what may lie ahead.

I have been an attorney for over ten years. As a criminal prosecutor in Miami-Dade County, I prosecuted felonies at trial. Upon returning to Massachusetts, I worked for an insurance defense firm defending nursing malpractice cases intensively based on medical and psychiatric records, which are critical to practicing family law particularly in custody disputes and domestic violence allegations.

Having been in practice for myself for nine years, I have extensive litigation experience concentrating on family law and criminal courts, which are often intertwined in allegations of abuse. I regularly work with financial experts to efficiently present my client’s financial cases, and have extensive experience with psychological and psychiatric clinical experts. I also focus on estate planning, offering comprehensive representation to protect your family’s interests.

The right representation makes all the difference. I appreciate what a burden an ongoing family law case may be and recognize that choosing a lawyer is a blind item for most people. I will always explain options that may save time and money, and I will tell you when something that sounds like it will be efficient may actually delay the process. I am committed to ensuring that you understand all aspects of your case, weather it relates to prenuptial/postnuptial agreements, joint petitions for divorce, contested divorce actions, custody/child support or modifications and contempt actions.

I look forward to discussing your goals for your next chapter with you and providing clarity for how you can get there.
